Are you thrilled by the idea of introducing new materials to a demanding B2B market?
You should have the following qualifications to be hired as a sales manager:
- Higher education with a relevant specialization, e.g. marketing, communication studies, sales or rather chemistry, engineering or a similar technical field
- Several years of active sales experience in at least one of the following fields: personal care, home care, industrial chemicals, food/feed, pharmaceuticals or bio-materials
- A sound network of relevant contacts in the above field(s) and technical knowledge
- Professional command of English and at least one other language
- Willingness to travel and to work flexible schedules
On the interpersonal level, you should be
- comfortable with cold calls and public speaking
- communicative with cultural sensitivity, excellent listening skills and adaptability to different social settings
- goal-oriented with a "go-getter" mentality and a high degree of initiative
- well organized and focused
- reliable and willing to work remotely
